Harmony School is our premier program for helping puppies become the perfect family dog. Our Harmony School program is a 3 week, Monday through Friday day school that is in session from 9am to 2pm. This pass includes one month (4 lessons) of Harmony Academy evening group classes so that you can learn alongside your puppy and grow together as training progresses. Harmony School programs offer the ultimate in foundation in obedience, handler focus, and Dog's In Harmony's Safe, Sane, and Structured Socialization -- an absolute must for puppies at this critical age of learning. In addition to the foundations, Harmony School also focuses on crate and independence training, appropriate chewing behavior, and improving communication between puppies and their humans.

Puppies under the age of 4 months do not need an evaluation. The sooner you start day school the more effective it is. Dogs over the age of 4 months must attend a behavior assessment before they can schedule day school attendance. Once dogs complete the initial 3 week (12 day) consecutive attendance, they will be approved for drop in attendance. Please note, drop in attendance depends on behavior.

Harmony School is our Monday–Friday, 9 AM–2 PM day school designed specifically for puppies under 5 months of age. This immersive, veterinarian recommended program focuses on early socialization, foundational training, and confidence-building during the most important learning window of a dog’s life.

Our Certified Professional Trainers provide a balanced daily routine that includes early obedience, structured play, crate and independence training, chewing and enrichment, potty training foundations, and appropriate dog-dog socialization. Every activity is intentionally designed to support confidence, communication, and emotional stability.

Harmony School is not just for puppies — it’s for families, too. Tuition includes an introductory Private Lesson and one month of Harmony Academy weekly evening group classes so that you can learn alongside your puppy and reinforce skills at home. This ensures consistency, clarity, and a smooth transition between school days and home life.

Harmony School includes:

Our goal is to give your puppy the strongest possible start. Harmony School combines daily professional training, structured socialization, and owner support to build the foundation for a confident, well-mannered family dog who can thrive both at home and out in the world.

Requirements
Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old and 7 days past their initial puppy vaccine series (DHPP), and owners must provide veterinary records as proof of vaccination. A recent fecal test with results from your veterinarian is also required prior to starting school.

Expectations
Puppies enrolled in Harmony School are expected to attend for three consecutive weeks. Consistency is key to success during this critical learning period. While we understand that occasional absences may happen, families should plan to commit fully to the program and communicate with us about any scheduling needs.
