Terms and conditions for Harmony Academy Private Lessons 12

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:

Payment: Before making a reservation for Board and Train or Day School, you and your dog must complete a consultation and evaluation with your trainer. Full payment for all training programs is required in order to reserve any training dates. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card are accepted and will be kept on file.

PROGRAM POLICIES:

Cancellations and policies listed by program:

Group Lessons:

  • You may cancel out of group lessons free of charge 14 hours prior to beginning of lesson.
  • Cancelations less than 14 hours of lesson will result in a $15 late cancelation fee
  • Cancelation less than 6 hours of less will be considered a “no show” and will result in a lesson deducted from your monthly plan or pass.

Day School:

  • First time Day School students are required to attend 3 consecutive weeks (12 days). Payment must be paid in full and there are no refunds or credits for missed days
  • After initial School attendance, students may schedule attendance at will.
  • Cancelation can be made 48 hours prior to scheduled school attendance free of charge.
  • Late cancelation fee of $50 will be charged for cancelations less than 48 hours prior to scheduled attendance.
  • Cancelations less than 24 hours of scheduled attendance will result in a session deducted from you plan or pass.

Private Lessons and Behavior Consultations, in home and in center:

  • Cancelation can be made free of charge 48 hours prior to scheduled lesson
  • Late cancelation fee of $50 will be charged for cancelations less than 48 hours prior to scheduled lesson
  • Cancelation less than 24 hours of scheduled lesson will result in a session deducted from your plan or pass.

House Sitting:

For Non Holiday and Summer Scheduling:

  • Cancelations over a month will be either credited in full (full credit will be placed on your account to be used for any future service) or refunded with a $50 fee.
  • 50% of your fee will be refunded or credited on your account for any cancelations within month - of your appointment.
  • No credit or refund will be given for any cancelations within 2 week of your appointment.


For Summer and Holiday Scheduling:

  • 50% of your fee will be refunded or credited on your account for any cancelations within 2 months or more of your appointment.
  • No credit or refund will be given for any cancelations within 2 month of your appointment.


Interruption:In the event that a training week is interrupted by inclement weather or other unforeseen event, supplementary training dates will be added as agreed upon by client and trainer. A credit maybe placed on your or a class added to your plan or pass.

Reschedule: Session may be rescheduled at any time according to the cancelation and attendance policies listed above.
